Whether you are a novice or professional Herts Wine Schools offer a range of courses to suit you.
The Introductory Course is a day school and provides the novice wine enthusiast with basic wine knowledge as well as looking at how to match food with wine.
The Intermediate course includes the major grape varieties around the world and teaches students how to taste wine professionally using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting. The next intermediate course is scheduled to start on Thursday 9th. September so book now for your place on this course.
The Advanced Course (COMING SOON) provides a more in depth look at the huge variety of wines around the world and concentrates in detail on wine tasting technique.

Herts Wine Schools are running several one day Saturday Courses starting September 2010 at the Rose and Crown Hotel in Tring, Hertfordshire. Cost for each day starts at £50.

| An in depth look at the wines of Europe and compare these with the New world. We will be tasting at least 10 wines. |

| The wines of Iberia, particularly Portugal are deliciously full bodied and often unique. We will be tasting wines from most of the regions in Portugal, finishing with the king of all wines, Port. |

| What do I need? |
|
| All you need for the courses is a pen and paper and enthusiasm to learn about wine. ISO Wine glasses will be supplied by Herts Wine Schools and are also available to buy at £12 for 6 which is extremely good value for money. |
